About this campaign
Bishop Peter is currently dealing with cancer and needs our prayers and support. The goal of this campaign is to pray 10,000 rosaries over 40 days asking God to intercede and restore Bishop Muhich’s health. This campaign will run from February 14 – March 24, 2024 (Ash Wednesday to Palm Sunday). I need at least 250 people to commit to praying one rosary each day for this specific intention. Can you help?

Bishop Peter Muhich: Born May 13, 1961 and called to eternal life on February 17, 2024. May his soul and all those of the faithfully departed, Rest in Peace.
Opening Prayer
Heavenly Father, we ask Thee, we beg Thee to pour out your grace upon Bishop Peter and restore him to health so he can continue to shepherd his flock here in the Diocese of Rapid City, South Dakota. We also ask Blessed Michael J. McGivney and Servant of God Nicholas Black Elk to intercede on our behalf in this request. Just as the leper in St. Mark’s gospel stated, “If you wish you can make me clean,” so too Lord, “If you will it, you can heal Bishop Peter.” In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
Past Campaign
85-Day Rosary Campaign for Our Nation
This is the campaign that created this website. It started as a subtle prompting on my way to work while praying the rosary; from whom I believe was our Blessed Mother, and most importantly, me saying “yes” to her prompting.
This campaign started on August 6, 2020 and ran for 85-days. It was to pray for our nation leading up to the general election of 2020. My goal was to pray 100,000 rosaries during that time period. I had no idea how I was going to do this. All I know is after I said “yes” the graces were given to me and within six hours I had a website and flyers generated. And so it began…
I reached out to anyone I could think of to spread the word. I was contacted by a national catholic media organization and did an online interview. They produced a 24-minute video of the campaign and within hours of it being released I started receiving hundreds of emails on a daily basis. A Catholic radio station in Connecticut even aired an ad for this campaign.
I was completely overwhelmed with the response. Within ten days of the start of the campaign, I had over 1,100 people commit to praying at least one rosary each day. Some even prayed 2-3 daily rosaries. I had people from all 50 states along with a number of foreign countries to include Canada, Mexico, England, Ireland, Scotland, Australia, Thailand, Borneo and more. It even spread to other denominations. At the end of the campaign I had over 110,000 rosaries committed to this campaign.
When it was all done I thought I was finished. Little did I know this Rosary Campaign idea would only be put on hold. In the back of my mind I knew something else was going to come of it. Others even mentioned it to me.
So, after four years, it is back. So, if I may, I humbly ask anyone who reads this to consider joining a campaign. You will not regret it.
